a lil' bit of rocknroll...


Rocknroll is a type of muzic. It 'shook things up' in the 1950's n 1960's. Many musical styles from around the the world contributed to this new sound. Along wif the influence African American, rocknroll also drew on the lyrical melodies of recent Europian imigrants n the country n western muzic of Texans.

1st, the muzic became popular in small clubs n on the radio. Later, wif the introduction of programmes such as American Bandstand, teenagers could watch their favourite bands on television. Not everyone was excited about dz muzic. There some parents didn't like the suggestive dancing, naughty lyrics, loud n fast beat. In the earliest rocknroll styles of the late 1940's n early 1950's, either the piano or saxophone was often the lead instrument, but these were generally replaced or supplemented by guitar in the middle to late 1950's. The beat essentially a boogie woogie blues rythm wif an accentuated blackbead, the latter most owez provided by a snare drum. Classic rocknroll is usually played wif 1 or 2 electric guitars (1lead, 1rythm), a string bass or an electric bass guitar n a drum kit.

Bobby Gillespie, writes dat " When Chuck Berry sang, Hail Hail, rocknroll , deliver me from the days of old.. " , dats the exactly what the muzic was doing. Chuck Berry started the global psyhic jailbreak that is rocknroll.

Rocknroll arrived at time of considerable technological change, soon after the development of the electric guitar, amplifier n microphone. There were also changes in the record industry, wif the rise of independent labels like Atlantic, Sun n Chess servicing niche audiences n a similar rise of radio stations that played their muzic. It was the realization that relatively affluent white teenagers were listening to dz muzic that led to the development of what was to be defined as rocknroll as a distinct genre.

GUITAR ?! ouh man. dz is my boifren.. haha! fer n0w, im really mish 'him' (my guitar)..

influence aku palingggg bsr adalah DAD aku ! he's taught me evrythng b0ut muzic + guitar. THOUSAND THNX U DAD ! warghh. im mish u dad fer rite now. so badly ! ;(
beliau ajar aku pgang guitar, pgang pick guitar, petik tali guitar n strus nya maen kn guitar mengikut kod2 yg d ajar.. aku masi engat lg kod basics yg 1st skali beliau ajar. A,B,C,D,E,F,G.. hah, kod2 ne la yg aku blaja bwat pertama kali tym aku pgang guitar. mmg kekok ar ptama, tp da minat aku blaja blaja n blaja. aku lebi rela blaja maen guitar dr bca buku skolah ! hahaha. s0ry cekgu. ;p kod yg palinggg aku b0d0 F#M, mmg jari aku susa nk kejar. haha! akan ku engat smpi bla2 F#M.. lgu yg ptama skali aku maen kn, lagu La Bamba. perghhh ! ne lgu feveret aku. sbnr nya masi byk lg bnda aku kna blaja lam maen guitar ne. cma skng aku bz ngan stdy, xda msa nk blaja. lgpon, dad aku xda dok dkt ngan aku. dia d TAWAU, aku plak d Kota Kinabalu. 8jam pjalanan ngan bus ! aisemen. aku merindukan mu kekaseh ku aka guitar ku.
